Transport Minister says, for the first time, they’ll begin to conduct proper safety inspections of gas canisters in cars. Shant Harutyunyan was arrested 5 years ago. He marched to the government building with clubs and homemade explosives (citation needed), and was arrested for rioting. He claims his march was only a symbolic protest. Recently, he was offered a suspended sentence which would allow him to walk free, but he refused to accept it, demanding that PM Pashinyan pardon him fully.
