Vladimir "Vova" Gasparyan (Armenian: Վլադիմիր Գասպարյան, Born September 9, 1958, Tallinn, Estonia) was the Chief of Republic of Armenia's police from November 1, 2011 till his dismissal on May 10, 2018 - one of the first acts of the new Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan after the successful Velvet Revolution.
