Informed Citizens (IC) organization does an undercover journalism, catches BHK and its PR groups violating the law while conducing a PR campaign involving fake social media accounts.

IC noticed fake 390 Facebook accounts constantly engaging with a BHK candidate to boost his profile. They sent an undercover agent who applied for a job in one of those PR groups run by BHK Vahe Enfiajyan's personal assistant. The agent has found that there are multiple similar groups, and each member operates 5 fake social media accounts. They shared the login details with one another. After doing their work, fake operators were obligated to screenshot their work and present it to the candidate's assistant (fake-master) for verification, who then allegedly submitted the results to the BHK leader Gagik Tsarukyan's staff member.

The undercover IC agent was allegedly promised 100k/month for the work, while not being registered anywhere as an employee, which is illegal. Agent was added to a private Facebook group where they discussed the work, and shared fake account data. IC has provided the links to accounts, and most of them have been removed by Facebook as of writing this post.

The agent was then asked to send a friend request to BHK Enfiajyan himself, including a secret keyword, so he would know it was his fake follower before accepting the friend request.

The Facebook group members (fake operators) were presented with daily tasks, mostly about boosting posts from Gagik Tsarukyan, Enfiajyan and other high ranking BHK members. Records show that Enfiajyan himself has participated in one of the group meetings where they discussed which party member to send the support to.

During this process, it also becomes apparent that Enfiajyan's assistant (fake-master) had an organization registered in her address which was supposed to monitor elections. This is against the law because no such organization can claim to be independent while being affiliated to any particular candidate. In this case, she was the assistant of Enfiajyan who ran for Parliament. The organization did end up illegally participating in the process. This news was broken by Hetq media. When Hetq published it, the fake operators panicked. The master decided to give a press conference to address the Hetq article, while the fake operators discussed how they should boost their master's response on social media.

70-100 Kocharyan allies organize a protest outside of prosecutor's office, demanding the second president to be released. He is accused of breaking the Constitutional order by ordering the army to be used against civilians outside of state of emergency. The Prosecutors later found evidence of military shooting on March 1st, which was covered-up by the former administration. Kocharyan is awaiting his trial, which can take years for cases like this. Meanwhile, the court has ruled that he should remain in jail for 2 months. The prosecutors can ask for the term to be extended every 2 months, unless the court rules it's unnecessary or impossible due to health issues. http://armtimes.com/hy/article/150416
