Lukashenko says the Belorussian candidate for CSTO chief can be just as good for Armenia as an Armenian candidate, and that Pashinyan should consider talking to him then approving his bid as chief. (Members' consensus is needed to appoint a chief. Armenia's role as CSTO chief was set to expire on 2019).

Belarus president Lukashenko says he and Putin asked Serj to give 5 Artsakh regions to Azerbaijan on 2016, but the latter refused, saying that Azeris would use the situation to cut off the rest of Artsakh from Armenia. Lukashenko and Putin then allegedly offered a military involvement if Azeris were to do that, but Serj rejected.

He also says that apparently Azeri president Ilham Aliyev asked Lukashenko to talk to Serj if he wants the Azeri-Georgia gas pipeline to also go through Armenia under some conditions. Lukashenko apparently spoke with Serj about it, but the latter refused.

Lukashenko says it's unfair to blame Belarus for selling Polonez rockets to Azerbaijan. He "took a loan from China to create them, and logically had to make sales". Says he earlier offered them to Armenia too, but they refused, citing the existence of better Iskander missiles in the Armenian arsenal. Says Belarus is only on the 4th place by weapon sales to Azerbaijan.

(Pashinyan had earlier criticized Belarus for selling weapons to Azerbaijan).

During the soccer match between Arsenal and Azeri Garabagh team, an Armenian fan wearing Artsakh hero Monte Melkonian shirt, ran into the field, waving the Artsakh flag. This pissed off the Garabagh team coach Gurban Gurbanov and player Rashad Sadigov and prompted the latter to try to catch the disruptor on the field, who was eventually apprehended before being able to reach the Arsenal benches to shake Miki's hand. The police later released him.

Arsenal won the game 1:0. Henrikh "always injured or պռոստը հավես չկա" Mkhitaryan did not play the match.
