PM Pashinyan says if Azerbaijan wants Artsakh to be part of it, they need to negotiate that with Artsakh authorities, otherwise it appears that Azerbaijan wants to murder the residents and only keep the land. ... says it's been 3 months since the Azeri public has been wondering why Aliyev's son isn't on Artsakh frontlines, while Pashinyan's son is.
