Stepan Mnatsakanyan

Stepan Mnatsakanyan is a politician.

Mnatsakanyan had been the Minister of State Register Statistics and Analysis since 1998, which had been renamed RA National Statistic Service in 2000.

On May 12, 2006, by then RA President, Kocharyan signed a decree and again appointed Stepan Mnatsakanyan the Chairman of the RA National Statistic Service.
