Russ Regan (Harold Rustigian) was an American-Armenian music executive from Sanger, California who was President of both UNI Records and 20th Century Records and was vice-president of A&R at Motown

Russ signed Barry White, Neil Diamond, named The Beach Boys and help produce countless jazz and Motown records including Smokey Robinson and Frank Sinatra.
