The small Armenian community in Oregon is primarily found in Portland.
The earliest recorded history of Armenian in Oregon is from the 1880's when a small group of Armenians formed a church. The modern day community of Armenians is comprised of at least 300 known families in Oregon and Southwest Washington (Vancouver). The major organizations representing this community is the [A.C.O.][1] (Armenian Community of Oregon) and also the Armenian Apostolic Church of Oregon.
