Morocco

On October 26 2005, by then newly appointed Armenian Ambassador to Morocco Ruben Karapetyan (residence in Cairo) handed the copies of his credentials to Moroccan Foreign Minister Mohamed Benaissa.

During the meeting R. Karapetyan presented Armenia's position as regards strengthening of cooperation in political, economic and cultural fields. The interlocutors also stressed the necessity of activating cooperation between Armenia and Morocco within international structures.

When in Morocco the RA Ambassador also met with Ministers of Culture and Foreign Trade as well as top officials of the Union of Entrepreneurs and representatives of the Armenian community of Morocco.
