Mamikon Tonoyan was Armenian statesman, civil servant.
As for 2005 he was Armenian president's protocol chief.
Tonoyan, 32, died in the car crash accident on Saturday night, October 15 2005 on the outskirts of the Armenian capital, Yerevan.
