Loris Tjeknavorian (Loris Cheknavarian) (born 1937) is a contemporary Armenian composer. For many years he conducted the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra, giving a number of concerts around the world. He is also a successful composer and currently lives in Yerevan, Armenia.
