Levon Dabayian

Levon Dabayan is an Armenian writer.

In a seminar on the Armenian Genocide, people rose to their feet with applause, when Levon Panos Dabayan, a guest on the panel said: “We are all Turks here”.

He said that he was more Turkish than most Turks, and that if there were a war with Armenia today, “Elhamdulellah”, he would fight against them. The seminar’s title was: ”Historical Truths And The Armenian Problem From Every Angle”, and it was held at the general headquarters of the Turkish metal Industry buildings.

A Turkish citizen, Dabayan also noted that there was in fact no real Armenian problem, but that it had been imported as an issue. The writer ended by saying: “We are all Turks here. The pain in me is Turkish pain”.
