KOREAN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE CENTER OPENS AT ARMENIAN UNIVERSITY

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS: The ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Armenia, Kim Je Sob (seated in Moscow), Korea's consul in Armenia, Armen Abrahamian and education minister Sergo Yeritsian were present today at the official opening of the Korean Language and Culture Center at Yerevan Valery Brusov Linguistic University.
Ambassador Kim Je Sob said it was his second visit to the university.
"The Center will help build Korean-Armenian relations,' he said. According to him, next year Korean will be taught at the university to give Armenian students an opportunity to learn Korean culture and literature. The government of South Korea donated several computers and other equipment to the center.
