Season 2, Episode 1

Marshall goes to a hotel room thinking Lily is there, because they are broken up and her credit card account showed she'd charged a room at this hotel. A guy opens the door, and Marshal punches him in the face. Turns out Liliy was not there, just this Joey Adalian, who is an identity thief. Lily had used her credit card at a cafe where the worker (Joey) had stolen her credit card info.

Season 6, Episode 13

Lily goes to her appointment with the fertility expert, Dr. John Stangel (Neil Patrick Harris), who looks exactly like Barney, save for a beard and dark brown hair. Lily assumes the doctor is Barney in disguise and asks him where he got his beard. He says his mother is Armenian.
