Hermineh Naghdalyan

File:Hermineh NAGHDALYAN.jpg Hermineh Naghdalyan was born on July 28, 1960 in Yerevan.

Ms. Naghdalyan graduated with a degree in economics from Yerevan Institute of National Economy in 1981. She is a PhD in Economic Sciences.

From 1981-1989 she worked first as a junior scientific associate, later senior scien­tific associate, head of subdivision and then head of division in the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Consumer Cooperation. From 1989-1991 she was the executive director of the Armenian Cooperative Union and in 1991 she was the president of the Armenian Entrepreneurs' Union.

1995-1999 was her first term as a deputy in the NA (electoral district # 49) and she was on the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary and Economic Affairs. She was first a member of the Republic Faction and later Yerkrapah Deputy Group.

1999-2003 was her second term as a deputy in the NA (from the proportional list of the Unity Alliance) and she was on the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary and Economic Affairs. She was a member of the Unity Faction.

On May 25, 2003 she was reelected to the NA from the proportional list of the Republican Party of Armenia and she is currently on the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary and Economic Affairs. She is a member of both the Republican Party of Armenia Faction and party.

Ms. Naghdalyan is married.
