Christy Canyon (born Melissa Bardizbanian on June 17, 1966 in Pasadena, California, USA) is an American pornographic actress.

Born to an Armenian father and an Italian mother, Canyon is the younger sister of author/editor Carla Sinclair. She has an associate's degree in merchandise marketing. She married and divorced twice. First, she married Tom Sinopoli (1993-1994) and then Jeremy Stone (1996-1999). She has been married since 2003 to a man named Grant.

From 1984 to 1997, Canyon appeared in almost 200 adult films. Canyon won several "best female performance" awards and is a member of the XRCO Hall of Fame.

Canyon retired and returned to films several times. Currently, she remains in a state of semi-retirement from the adult industry, and concentrates on her web site.
