Property Rights In Armenia Can Now Be Registered Online

YEREVAN. - The Government of Armenia on Thursday approved the regulation for online state registration of property rights and limitations.

In line with this regulation, the relevant applications and their attached documents can now be submitted online to the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre's official website at www.cadastre.am.

But such applications can be submitted solely by those who have a digital electronic signature certificate.
