Arsen Mkrtchyan (Արսեն Մկրտչյան) is a "thief in law" (օրենքով գող) better known as Arsen Yerevanski (Արսեն Երևանսկի). He is the cousin of "Kndo", and has a big influence in the underground life of Russian Kaluga and Moscow regions.
