Andrew Demirdjian
Dr. Z. S. Andrew Demirdjian’s research interests lie in social and behavioral sciences. During his academic career, he has published 100s of articles and editorials in refereed journals and has received over twelve best paper/author awards for his research studies. Dr. Demirdjian is more than a top-notch scholar, he has an extensive track record in consulting various profit and not-for-profit organizations spanning over twenty-five years. His latest book titled Perspective in Consumer Behavior: An Anthropological Approach was published in January 2008 and the book The Demon in Diplomacy: Alliances Based on Affinity was published in 2009.
Dr. Demirdjian strongly believes that if one had the elasticity of the mind to play mental chess, one would be able to see the quintessential merit of the knowledge about insights, innovations and trends as harbingers of things to come. This kind of information would equip one with the weapon to combat uncertainty about the future. After all, progressive individuals, managers, policy decision makers, government leaders and the like must ideally live in the future by practicing management by objectives rather than be caught in the quagmire of management by crisis.
