Milwaukee area - there are two Armenian churches in the Milwaukee community. South Milwaukee and Greenfield. The Greenfield church was originally in West Allis. There is also a church south of Milwaukee in Racine.

The Armenian-American writer David Kherdian grew up in the Armenian community of Racine and wrote about his childhood in several books mainly aimed toward young people.
