Jason Demerjian
After graduation from Boston College Jason earned a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School. In 1996, he spent two years as a member of the U.S. Peace Corps, teaching in the public schools of Armenia and working on several community development projects. This experience motivated him to establish the Armenian Volunteer Corps in 2000, which he directed for three years and continues to serve as a board member.
Jason is currently living in the U.S. with his wife Anna, where he has been working as the Director of College Ministry for the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church and taking courses at St. Nersess Armenian Seminary to complement his previous theology studies.
Jason and Anna continue to serve various projects which aim to increase the resources--material, cultural and spiritual--of Armenians in the diaspora and homeland.
