Dennis Agajanian

Dennis Agajanian has been performing for over thirty-five years and has released numerous recording projects and videos. He has been in Christian music since 1967. At the young age of 15, he taught himself to play the guitar. From early on in his career, Dennis' versatile guitar style and musicianship has amazed many. He is recognized as one of the best acoustic guitar players of his time. He is also an alumnus of the "Guinness Book of World Records" as the fastest flat picker. Whether playing Country, Bluegrass, Classical or Rock, audiences often find themselves wondering at his gifted ability to play the guitar.

His fame as a christan recording artist and performer is wide spread. Playing over 200 concerts a year, Dennis has had the opportunity to travel to over seventy-three countries. He has ministered with the BILLY GRAHAM EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATION for over twenty years. A most recent honor was in Dennis' hometown of San Diego when Dennis played at the San Diego Billy Graham Mission. This momentous event was televised and broadcast to all our U.S. Military across the globe.

Dennis is currently a featured performer with the FRANKLIN GRAHAM FESTIVALS and HARVEST CRUSADES with Greg Laurie. Over 500,000 people are attending these tremendous outreaches for Christ. Dennis has also performed his unique gift of music reaching over 250,000 men as part of the PROMISE KEEPERS stadium events.

Dennis has resided in the San Diego area for the past 27 years with his wife Colleen, his son Luke (an accomplished bassist), and his daughter Amanda (a world champion in Western horse showing).

November 2003 Awarded by the CHRISTIAN COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION "MUSICIAN OF THE YEAR" and "ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR" in Nashville, Tennessee - Nationally Televised on GMA from the CCMA Awards Show held at the historic Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium.

November 2002 Awarded by the CHRISTIAN COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION "MUSICIAN OF THE YEAR" and "ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR" in Nashville, Tennessee AT the CCMA Awards Show.

May 2, 2002 Dennis gave an invitational concert commemorating the National Day of Prayer at the Pentagon and received a special invitation to the White House by president George W. Bush.

November 2001 CHRISTIAN COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION in Nashville, Tennessee nominated Dennis for both the "MUSICIAN OF THE YEAR" award and the "ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR" award. DENNIS was awarded the "MUSICIAN OF THE YEAR" AWARD! He was honored to reveive his award at the historic Grand Ole Opry.

March 2001 Worldwide Pictures presented "ROAD TO REDEMPTION" A Billy Graham Evangelistic Association premier movie. Dennis was featured as a strong, rough biker representing Jesus Christ to the lost. Now released on video and DVD. Keep watching for other new releases.

In 2000 & 1999 CHRISTIAN COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION in Nashville, Tennessee nominated Dennis as the "INSTRUMENTALIST OF THE YEAR"!
