Author Aghasi Ayvazian Dies at 82

YEREVAN (Armenpress)--Prominent author Aghasi Ayvazian died Wednesday at the age of 82, his relatives said.

Born in Georgia, Ayvazian was a gifted scriptwriter and film-director. He wrote numerous short stories, novels and film scripts. He was the scriptwriter for the famous 1975 Armenian film called Triangle. The film brought him a former USSR state award.
