Graphic Design

There are number of Armenian graphic designers working in fields of post production design, packaging, web and interactive. Among them are Patrick Sarkissian [1] known for his project of theforgotten.org [2], Ruben Malayan [3] for his Genocide Posters project [4], Aram Ghazanchyan [5], Vahan Balasanyan [6], Stepan Babayan, Kegham Shamlian [7] and others. Since graphic design is a relatively new discipline for the Armenians (it began rapid development with introduction of www in early 1990th), the talent speaks for itself. Most graphic designers have studied fine art as a major discipline and later started working in the field of design in Armenia and abroad.
